We absolutely care about your health, comfort and safety.
All of our Team Members wear masks 100% of the time in the store. We have Air Filters running in the stores and leave the doors open as able. We offer free masks and hand sanitizer, clean and sanitize surfaces multiple times through out the day, take our team temperatures daily, limit touches and do everything with your safety at top of mind. Masks are optional for Vaccinated Guests.
Private and Personal In-Store Shopping Experiences are offered at Trunk Nouveau during any hours not open to the public, by appointment. Please email us at TrunkNouveau@gmail.com to set an appointment .

Returns & Exchanges
We are so sorry if you didn't LOVE your purchase.
We accept merchandise for return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. A store receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original transaction.
All sales are final on: Body Jewelry, Holiday-Themed Items and Sale Items.

Donations
Thank you for your inquiry into our stores philanthropy policy and donation procedures. We donate 6% of company profits into non-profits organizations, and have for over 25 years.
Trunk Nouveau actively participate in the Stanley Marketplace's "Do Good, Be Good" committee and its community contributions.
We also proudly donate 6% of the proceeds from presents purchased at Trunk Nouveau to the Spectacled Bear Conservation Society.

The SBC funds conservation, provides women with jobs, and opens up communities to the idea of protecting critical bear habitats in Peru through education and active conservation. The visually-stunning and friendly Spectacled Bear also happens to be the inspiration for the adorable children's character: Paddington Bear.

Why Bears? Stanley Aviation manufactured ejection seats for military aircraft at its Aurora factory for decades. A true innovator in aviation, Robert Stanley saved many a life with his ejection seat legacy, but with that innovation came the somber reality that bears were sometimes the original test pilots. In an effort to pay tribute to those early parachuting bear test-pilots, we have selected the endangered Andean Spectacled Bear as Trunk Nouveau's official "Bearificiary" and will thus donate 6% of each and every item to the Spectacled Bear Conservation fund.

We know that there are so many amazing charitable organizations out there and appreciate your understanding that, as a small business, we just are unable to support you all. We believe that saving the Spectacled Bear and his habitat as well as putting our profits where our heart is ~ sends a message of love, and we hope that other businesses will follow in our footsteps in truly committing a significant portion of their profits to a worthy organization. And, we believe that compassion is contagious.
Artist/ Maker Submissions
Thank you very much for your interest in our stores. We value our community and all of the creative, diverse and eclectic artisans that live here. Trunk Nouveau specializes in carrying unique, affordable gifts and jewelry and we have always carried a large selection of locally made awesome-ness; however, we must stay within a specific price curve, as our customers would expect nothing less.

Due to the amount of artisans interested in our stores representing their products, the buyers are just not able to meet with every single vendor who wants to show us their line. We also never meet with coldcall vendors, local or otherwise- as we are just too darn busy to do so.
